Bluetooth Multipoint

Bluetooth Multipoint indicates whether headphones can maintain connections to two or more source devices and switch audio between them.

For example, a supported arrangement can keep a computer and phone connected so the headphone can move between music and a call. This differs from remembering several paired devices: a pairing list does not prove that multiple connections remain active together.

Check the supported device count and how the headphone chooses which source takes priority. Call handling, switching delays and the need to pause one device can vary. Multipoint usually concerns moving between sources, not mixing their audio into one simultaneous listening stream.

Available codecs, app settings and other features may change when multipoint is enabled. Confirm the behaviour for the actual devices and listening mode rather than inferring it from the Bluetooth version. The feature says nothing by itself about wireless range, connection stability or audio quality; those depend on the complete setup.
