Built-In Analyzer

Built-in Analyzer indicates an onboard display or measurement function for examining a regenerator’s AC waveform or electrical quality.

Examples include a waveform display and a total harmonic distortion reading. These describe the measured AC supply, not the distortion of the audio signal passing through the connected equipment.

Built-In Analyzer — Power Regenerator

Check whether the analyser measures the incoming supply, regenerated output or both. The displayed quantity, measurement bandwidth and update behaviour matter when comparing readings. A waveform image alone does not quantify every brief disturbance or establish measurement accuracy.

Use the readings within the product’s documented limits. A lower displayed AC distortion figure does not by itself prove an audible change in an audio component. Monitoring is also separate from regulation and protection: the ability to display a condition does not establish how the regenerator responds to it.
