Dual 3-Pin XLR Balanced Headphone Output
Dual 3-Pin XLR Headphone Output counts balanced headphone connections made from separate left and right three-pin XLR sockets.
One left/right pair counts as one stereo headphone output. This differs from a single four-pin XLR carrying both channels and from an XLR line-output pair intended to feed another amplifier. The equipment must identify the sockets as headphone outputs.

Use a headphone and cable wired for the amplifier’s supported arrangement, keeping the left and right plugs correctly assigned. A matching connector does not prove that a cable has the right contact wiring. Do not join balanced output returns or substitute a shared-return connection without explicit compatibility.
Check whether other headphone outputs can operate at the same time and whether they share a volume control. The number of pairs does not measure output power or demonstrate a fully balanced internal circuit. It describes the external connection; gain, noise and suitable headphone loads still need their own specifications.
