Real-Time Analyzer
RTA Analyzer indicates whether an equalizer includes a real-time display of signal level across frequency bands.
A real-time analyser shows the distribution of energy in the signal it measures. The input may come from an internal audio path or a supported measurement microphone. Those are different measurements: a signal display alone does not show the sound pressure at a listening seat.

Check the measurement source, frequency resolution and averaging behaviour. A microphone-based result also depends on microphone calibration, placement and the test signal. A single display cannot separate every contribution from the loudspeaker, room and background noise without a suitable measurement method.
The analyser can help identify broad spectral patterns, but it does not automatically calculate appropriate equalization or prove sound quality. Changes in music content naturally change the display. Compare repeatable conditions when assessing an adjustment, and distinguish analysis from an automatic correction function; one can be present without the other.
