Proprietary Encrypted DSD Link
An encrypted DSD link sends an SACD transport’s DSD signal to a compatible matched DAC through a protected, brand-specific connection.
The feature describes the supported signal path, not simply the presence of a familiar-looking socket. Both the transport and receiving DAC must implement a compatible version of the link for the intended SACD signal transfer.
Compare the named link, supported partner models and stated DSD operation. A proprietary connector alone does not prove that it carries encrypted DSD, and ordinary digital outputs may have different restrictions. Keep this yes-or-no capability separate from the number of output sockets and from a general claim of native DSD output. A matching connector shape does not establish protocol compatibility.
